Then it seems like it will snow heavily with the cold wave at the beginning of the year,

but this year, it seems like the warm autumn was a lie, it has been cold every day, and the snow is falling early.

When you visit Shirakawa-go, please take proper measures against the cold and wear shoes that can withstand snow.

We have rubber boots available for guests staying at our inn, so please feel free to use them.
However, we do not have rubber boots for small children, so please bring your own.
