●A: Basically, reservations are made through the website. Please note that all reservations made through the website must be paid in advance.

●Q: Can I wait for a cancellation?
●A: If you make a reservation through this official website, you can register for a cancellation waiting list. If you register, you will be notified by email if a cancellation occurs on your desired date, so please make a reservation again.

●Q: What are the features of the four rooms?
●A:
①Soyogo (2-4 people): A river-facing room on the first floor that was renovated in 2023. It has two semi-double beds, a washbasin, and a toilet. If more than two people are staying, an additional futon will be provided. Surrounded by trees and a river, this room feels like you are in the forest.
(※It is on the first floor, but there is a small staircase to get to the room)

② Kozo (2-3 people): A river-facing room on the second floor that was renovated in 2023. It has two semi-double beds, a sink, and a toilet. If more than two people are staying, an extra futon will be provided. The beautiful view of the adjacent Shogawa River is the best part.

(※The private toilet is a little small, so it may be inconvenient for larger people. However, there is a shared toilet on the floor just below)

③ Waremoko (2-3 people): An 8-tatami Japanese-style room (2nd floor) facing the courtyard. It has a toilet and sink, and is the only room in our hotel that has a unit bath in the room. The bedding is a futon.

④ Hikagekazura (2 people): An 8-tatami Japanese-style room (2nd floor) facing the courtyard. It is the only room built in the Meiji era, so it is the room with the most history and charm. The toilet and sink are not inside the room but outside. The private toilet is about 10 steps away from the room. The bathroom is on the first floor down the stairs. Bedding is futons.

●Q: Can children stay?
●A: Yes, it is possible. The basic concept of children’s rates is as follows.
High school students and junior high school students: Basically the same rate as adults
Elementary school students: 70% of the adult rate, with fewer dishes.
Infants: We do not have meals for small children, so they will basically share the adult meals. If you need a futon, it will be an additional 4,400 yen, and if you do not need a futon, it will be a facility fee of 1,100 yen. If you need a futon, even an infant will be counted in the number of people using the room.
Infants (0-2 years old): Free
